Ad films made with generative video, directed like a real shoot.
I make AI commercials, product films and social spots for brands and agencies. Every film starts from a script and a shot list, not a single prompt. Each shot is generated, chosen and corrected on its own, then edited, sound-designed and graded in the same pipeline as live-action footage.
The point is not that it is AI. The point is a commercial that holds up next to a filmed one — the same product in every shot, consistent characters, no melting hands — made without a crew, a studio and a location.
I work from Baku (GMT+4) for clients anywhere, directly or white-label through agencies.
Narrative spots with a script, characters and a product moment, cut for TV, YouTube and paid social.
Your real product kept accurate in every shot, from packshot to hero close-up — finished with 3D where generation is not precise enough.
Vertical, square and widescreen versions with a hook in the first second, captions and end cards.
Longer pieces for launches, anniversaries and campaigns, mixing AI shots with motion graphics and 3D.
Fast visual proof of an idea, so an agency can sell a concept before the client commits to a full production.

|---|---|---|
| Pre-production | Casting, locations, permits and crew booking. | Script, shot list and a designed keyframe for every shot. |
| The shoot | One or more shoot days; a missed shot means booking again. | Each shot is generated and regenerated until it is right — no reshoot day. |
| Your product | The real product on set. | Locked from your packshots or 3D model and checked shot by shot; finished in 3D or compositing where needed. |
| Versions | Extra formats and markets cost extra shoot and edit time. | Hooks, ratios and market versions made from the same assets. |
| Where to be careful | Weather, logistics and budget overruns. | Close-up dialogue and fine hand movement still need careful direction; some brands require AI disclosure. |
Goal, audience, length, platforms and the brand elements that must appear. I write or refine the script and the shot list.
Key frames for every shot — characters, product, location, light — approved before any video is generated.
Each shot generated and regenerated until it is right, with product accuracy, continuity and motion checked frame by frame.
Cut, music, sound design, voice-over when needed, colour grade, titles and end card.
Masters and cutdowns in every format you need, plus notes so the film can be versioned later.
One studio for Seedance, Veo, Kling and other models, with Cinema Studio for camera and lens control and Soul ID for consistent characters. Used to direct whole sequences in one place.
ByteDance’s video model. Strong at keeping products, logos and on-pack text intact and at following a detailed shot brief — the main model for product and character shots.
Realistic motion, light and physics, with native audio. Used for shots where live-action realism matters most.
Fluid human motion and longer, stylised shots up to 4K. Used for movement-heavy and stylised scenes.
Google’s image model. Used for keyframes, storyboards and still edits that keep the same product or character from frame to frame.
Motion graphics, compositing, titles, end cards and finishing.
A 15–30 second spot usually takes two to four weeks from approved script to final master, depending on the number of shots and review rounds. Pitch and pre-viz films can be faster.
It depends on length, the number of shots, how complex the product is and how many versions you need. Send the brief and I will come back with a fixed quote within one working day.
Yes. The product is built from your photos, packaging files or 3D model and checked in every shot. Where generation is not accurate enough, the shot is finished with 3D or compositing.
Current video and image models such as Seedance and Nano Banana Pro, chosen shot by shot, plus After Effects, Cinema 4D and standard editing and grading tools for finishing. The tools change; the directing process does not.
Usage rights for the agreed media and territories come with the final masters. I also tell you which generative tools were used, so your legal team can review their commercial terms.
Yes, including white-label production where the film is presented under the agency’s name.
Yes. I am based in Baku (GMT+4), work remotely and have produced for an agency in the United States since 2024. Reviews run on shared links with timecoded comments, and calls are scheduled in your working hours.
Feedback is built into each stage — script, storyboard, first cut and final — so changes happen while they are still cheap. The number of rounds is set in the quote.
The aim is a film judged as a commercial first. Shot selection, compositing, sound and grade are where typical AI artefacts are removed — the same finishing a filmed commercial gets.
It depends on the platform, the market and your own brand policy. Some platforms label AI content automatically. I tell you exactly which tools were used, so your team can decide.
There isn’t one. Veo 3.1 is usually strongest for realism, Seedance 2.0 for keeping products and logos intact, and Kling 3.0 for complex motion and longer stylised shots. Each shot gets the model that suits it — see the AI tools I use.
